Your contributions are important as they are the first step for the white paper. We kindly ask you to submit your contribution to the Proceedings. The proceedings templates can be downloaded from this link.
Please submit your final PostScript or PDF file and ALSO THE SOURCE FILES (LATEX FILE AND FILES OF ALL FIGURES) (preferably as a single tar.gz file) by e-mail to: kawtar@anl.gov.
