Welcome to the JSA's Electronic Commerce Vendor Show at Jefferson Lab. As in previous years, over 300 customers are expected to attend.

Vendor Information
The vendor show will be located inside CEBAF Center. Each vendor will be assigned a location when they arrive. Vendors may begin set up as early as 8 a.m. on Thursday, September 17. All exhibits must be taken down between 2:00-3:00 p.m. Thurs. September 17. Each vendor will be supplied with two 6' tables for set-up space and two chairs for a registration fee of $350. (Please contact JLab Staff Services at 757-269-7389 if you require set-up time Wednesday afternoon, September 16.)
Vendors may register their manufacturer representatives for an additional $150.00 registration fee each. This will allow for one 6' table and the space to accommodate the set-up of each representative. Vendors may register as many manufacturer representatives as space will allow.
Exhibitors are responsible for all shipping and transport of display materials. Exhibitors are also responsible for the on site pick up and handling from shipping and receiving, EEL Bldg 90, and transporting all display materials to the Exhibitor's designated vendor show site location. Display materials shipped to the lab should arrive no earlier than Wed. Sept. 16th. Materials received will be held at JLab Shipping & Receiving, Building 90, for exhibitor pickup. The lab does not have a forklift or other heavy lifting capability. Shipping label should include:

Registration deadline is September 4, 2009 and payment is due on-line by credit card at time of registration*. Early registration will get your company name on our JLab advertisement poster and will also guarantee your spot in the show!
