The Fourth Workshop on Hadron Physics in China and Opportunities in US will be held at KITPC, Beijing China during July 16-July 20, 2012. The workshop will charge 630RMB (~$100) as registration fee paid in cash for faculty and postdoc, 200RMB (~$30) for each accompanying person. Free registration for a certain number of students, but requires a written application in the note of this form. The workshop will provide reception, banquet, and show watching. To register the workshop, please download the registration form, fill in and send it back via email to Prof. Xiaomei Li (lixm.ciae@gmail.com) before June 1st whether or not you have registered the KITPC program.
