The main goal of this workshop is to review the theoretical and experimental efforts in the hadronic physics and initiate experimental programs to use the J-PARC hadron facilities in Japan as well as the 12 GeV upgraded CEBAF at Jefferson Lab. This workshop is sponsored by NSF, JSPS, Jefferson Lab and J-PARC.
