Travel & Visitor Information
Non-US visitors are urged to apply for all necessary passports, visas and visitor approvals as soon as possible, to allow sufficient time for your application to be processed. A minimum of three months in advance is recommended. We also encourage you to register for the workshop early, even before obtaining a visa. Your registration fee will be reimbursed if you are unable to attend due to visa delays.
• Housing
Room blocks have been reserved at the following hotels, which are all located within a one-mile radius of Jefferson Lab (or closer). Please note that the listed rates apply ONLY when reservations are made directly with the hotel. If you go through a travel agent, additional commission charges will apply. Please reference the "ERL 2005 Workshop at Jefferson Lab" when making your reservations.
Please make your hotel reservations as soon as possible. The room blocks will be released 4 weeks prior to the workshop.

Private guest rooms are located in a secluded corner of the Jefferson Lab site and are comfortably furnished like any modern hotel room. Each one is fully equipped with PCs with internet connections.
