The 32nd Advanced ICFA Beam Dynamics Workshop on Energy Recovering Linacs
Instructions to Speakers
LCD projectors and overhead projectors will be available in all sessions. In order to ensure smooth execution of the workshop program, we intend to use, as much as possible, our own laptops for the presentations. All speakers are requested to email a PDF version of their presentation(s) to ERL@jlab.org by Thursday, March 17, 2005. Speakers of the opening plenary session, in particular, are urged to respect this deadline.
Further, all speakers are kindly requested to bring a backup of their electronic presentations either on a CD or a USB memory stick.
